At I.AM.GIA, we want you to be obsessed with your fit; if you are not completely satisfied, we offer returns for store credit or exchanges within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure all items are in their original condition with tags attached and hygiene liners in place.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Choose Your Resolution

  Select whether you would like to exchange your item for a different size or receive a store credit via a digital gift card.

• 3.
  Pack and Label

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging and print the prepaid shipping label provided through the portal.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Drop your package at any authorized shipping location and keep your tracking number handy until your return is processed.
